After a long absence I will be posting again. I had the misfortune of having shoulder surgery Jan 16 to repair a torn Labrum on my right shoulder. The surgery went well enough but the recovery is a slow and difficult process. For a time I could not type more than a few sentences without pain, hence no blogging. It was all I could do to keep up with required work. It is indeed a learning opportunity when you you go through something new dealing with health. And of course, it is a great opportunity to practice telling the story of my surgery and recovery.
